How we handle it
Roadside is its own discipline. We don't show up with a half-empty service truck and a maybe-attitude. The truck is loaded for breakdowns: air-system tools, electrical and brake tools, replacement chambers, slack adjusters, drier cartridges, common harnesses, batteries, scan tools for every major engine maker, and the kind of inventory you'd actually need at 11 PM on the shoulder of I-65. We diagnose first, fix second, and we don't replace parts that aren't bad. If you need a tow because the fix is too big for the shoulder, we'll tell you that — we won't burn your money trying to make a shop-job into a roadside job.
Parts & warranty
Common roadside-failure parts ride on the truck so we can fix it the same trip in most cases. The bigger or unusual parts — specific sensors, ECU modules, custom-bent lines — we'll source as fast as the local parts network can deliver and tell you the wait. Same warranty rule: when we supply the part, you get 1-year parts and labor.
