How we handle it
The inspection follows the federal checklist exactly. Nothing skipped, nothing fudged. We do the visual + measured items in roughly 60–90 minutes per truck depending on the rig. If anything fails, we write it up, tell you the fix, and (in most cases) handle the repair before we leave so the truck doesn't have to come off rotation. The sticker goes on the same day if you pass. For fleets we coordinate the annual cadence so trucks never run expired.
Parts & warranty
If a defect needs parts, same rule as our other services: we supply OEM or quality aftermarket and the work carries a 1-year parts and labor warranty. We don't fail trucks for things that aren't actually wrong, and we don't pass things that should fail. The inspection itself is a flat rate per truck.
