How we handle it
When you call, you get Brennan. He'll ask about the truck (make, year, what it's doing), get a location, and give you a real arrival window — not a four-hour spread. We roll a fully-equipped service truck: scan tools for Cummins, Detroit, Paccar, Mack, and Caterpillar; the air, electrical, and brake tools you'd find in a brick-and-mortar shop; and the common-failure parts already on board. If the part isn't on the truck, we'll tell you what the wait is before we start. We work clean and pick up after ourselves. You see the bill before the wrench turns.
Parts & warranty
We supply OEM and quality aftermarket parts depending on what the job calls for and what you prefer. When we supply the parts, they carry our 1-year parts and labor warranty. If you bring your own, we'll install them — but the warranty is between you and whoever sold them to you. We don't mark parts up to industry-funny-money levels. The line item on the invoice matches what's printed on the box.
