How we handle it

We sit down with you (or get on a 30-minute call) to set up the unit list, the spec per unit, the cadence per unit, and the contact tree on your side. From there it runs on rails: we show up on the scheduled dates, do the work, file the inspection PDF, send the monthly invoice. Roadside calls from your fleet jump priority over walk-in work. Brennan's number is the same one your drivers already have. If the truck is in our radius, we treat it like it's our own.

Parts & warranty

Fleet contracts get a transparent per-unit cost structure with parts at our cost plus a fixed margin you see on the invoice. No mystery PM bundles. The 1-year parts-and-labor warranty applies to every fleet PM and repair the same as our retail work.

What size fleet makes this worth setting up?
Realistically 5+ trucks based within 75 miles. Below that, retail one-off PMs and repairs are usually a better fit — you don't pay a contract overhead for a relationship you don't need.
Do you require a minimum monthly spend?
No. We bill what we do. The calendar tells you what's coming so there are no surprises on the invoice.
What happens if one of our trucks breaks down on a Friday at 8 PM?
You call the same number. Fleet contracts jump to the front of the queue. We tell you the realistic ETA and we move.
Can you handle our DOT compliance paperwork?
We can provide the inspection records and PM history in whatever format your DOT compliance person uses (PDF, CSV, direct email). We don't manage the compliance system on your end, but we make sure you have everything you need to feed it.
