How we handle it
Clutch replacement is a real job on a Class 8. Transmission has to come out, which means driveshaft, crossmember support, slave cylinder, and on AMTs the air-shift and electrical disconnects. We set up the work to do it efficiently at your yard. AMT diagnosis is scan-tool work — Eaton ServiceRanger for UltraShift, OEM tools for the brand-specific units. We don't replace AMT components on guesses; the diagnostics are usually clear when we have the data.
Parts & warranty
Clutches OEM (Eaton Fuller, Spicer/Dana on what they came on). Transmission fluid to the spec the OEM calls for (Eaton PS-386, Roadranger fluid, etc.). AMT-specific parts OEM only. 1-year parts-and-labor warranty.
