How we handle it

A/C diagnosis is gauge work. We hook up high-side and low-side gauges, look at the pressures and the suction-line temperature, and isolate the failure: low refrigerant (leak), bad expansion valve, compressor failure, clogged condenser, blocked airflow across the evaporator. Bunk heater work is similar — read the fault codes, check the fuel delivery, check the combustion-air, check the glow plug. The fix is usually a specific failed component, not the whole heater unit.

My A/C is blowing warm air. What is it usually?
Three usual suspects in order of frequency: low refrigerant from a small leak, failed compressor clutch, or a stuck expansion valve. Gauge readings tell us which.
How long does an A/C compressor swap take?
Typically 4–6 hours including evacuation, replacement, leak check, and recharge. Some engine layouts make compressor access harder and push that toward 6–8.
My Espar bunk heater is throwing a code. Can you fix it?
Yes — we service Espar D2/D5 and Webasto Air Top units. Most fault codes are glow-plug failure, fuel-delivery issues, or combustion-air blockages. Parts are stocked through the OEM channels.
I'm losing coolant inside the cab — heater core?
Almost certainly. Coolant on the floor mat in front of the passenger seat (or driver, depending on the truck) is heater core leakage. Heater core replacement is a dash-out job on most heavy-duty trucks — a real labor item, 6–10 hours typically.
